Growth Engineer

Full time

Prishtina, Kosovo

About us

Loomery is a London-based digital product agency that helps clients move fast with technology. Our teams combine grounded strategic approaches with deep technical expertise to pinpoint the right thing to build, then make it happen fast.

Since launching five years ago, we’ve worked with large businesses, universities and startups across Europe and the US to design and deliver new digital products and grow their capabilities. In the last year, we’ve worked with Sky, Legal & General, FTSE-100 investment company IG Group, procurement software provider Proactis, branded merchandise retailer MOO.com, and the University of Exeter.

You will join a growing team, led by founders Brett Thornton and Tim Checkley. Brett and Tim are strategy and product leaders with over two decades of experience delivering for organisations including Apple, Visa, NatWest and Tesco. Learn more about the team.

We are passionate about creating a diverse company that’s a stimulating and supportive place to work – and one that leaves the planet better than we found it.

We're now expanding into Kosovo, and we're looking for an exceptional Growth Engineer to work with our London-based team.

How we work

We seek co-conspirators and love working with people who want to make a big impact and prefer to ask for forgiveness.

We learn by making, putting things in users’ hands earlier to deliver fast results.

We use the latest design, prototyping, research and development tools to slash the time it takes to get v1 out in the world.

We use the minimum amount of process to get the job done, meaning our pragmatic teams are able to move fast and ship early.

We’re coaches and collaborators, building your team's capabilities, leaving you stronger for the future.

The role

We’re looking for a Growth Engineer - someone who combines business development instincts with a builder mindset.

Your mission is to help Loomery reach the right people, with the right message, at the right moment.

You will take ownership of our data, prospecting infrastructure, and outreach experiments, helping us continuously improve how we identify and engage the organisations that should work with Loomery.

In this role you will be responsible for delivering and surfacing qualified leads and meetings to our growth team. To achieve this you will:

  • Build and maintain Loomery’s prospect data infrastructure
  • Research and identify target accounts and buyers
  • Design and run AI-powered outreach campaigns (email, LinkedIn and beyond)
  • Use tools like Claude, Clay and other AI SDR platforms, Hubspot and LLM workflows to automate and personalise outreach
  • Improve conversion rates across our pipeline - from first reply to event attendance and meetings
  • Manage and enrich our prospect and CRM data
  • Experiment with new GTM tools, workflows and automations
  • Work closely with Loomery’s leadership and marketing teams to support events, campaigns and partnerships
  • Continuously analyse results and iterate to improve performance

This role will suit someone who enjoys AI, building systems, experimenting, and learning quickly.

This is not a traditional SDR role. It’s closer to a growth engineering role for B2B sales - blending data, automation, AI tools and creative outreach.

This role is based in Kosovo and will report to Patrick, our Head of Growth, who is based in our Loomery’s London office.

The salary range for this role is €30k - €32k.

About you

We’re looking for someone who is excited about the intersection of AI, data and business development.

You might currently work in:

  • A modern SDR team
  • A startup using AI-driven sales tooling
  • An emerging AI-SDR platforms

You are likely someone who:

  • Is naturally curious and loves experimenting with new tools
  • Has hands-on experience with tools like Clay, LLM workflows, or AI automation
  • Has played around with tools such as Claude skills, agent workflows, or no-code automation tools
  • Understands how modern outbound and GTM systems work
  • Is analytical and enjoys improving systems through experimentation
  • Is comfortable working independently and figuring things out
  • Is an excellent communicator who enjoys working collaboratively with a small, fast-moving team
  • Is UK-based and able to commute to London

It’s not essential, but it helps if you have experience in B2B SaaS, startups, or agencies.
